Courtney grew up in Connecticut and now resides in Northern California where she works for Google.
Her love for cycling and climbing abilities propeller her and she was spotted by by a pro team. She quickly found success in local races and upgraded to Cat 2 in a year which was required for her to race professionally. While she learned a great deal about tactics and technique, the lack of pure climbing in road races, and the dangers of racing and potential for injury lead her to Zwift.
Zwift offered her a platform to push her limits and focus on power. She quickly found the strange love for interval suffering on Zwift set forth by her coach (and teammate) Dan Fleeman, and never looked back. Joining the Saris | NoPinz team and racing with both the men and women has been a match made in heaven. While all the structured training and racing is now on Zwift, she still races outdoor hill climbs and will go smash any uphill Strava KOM she can find.
